Overseeing one-of-a-kind projects, the Sr. Manager of Estimating will tackle our most unique automation challenge pricing out premier products/solutions that are unparalleled in our industry. From medical device automation to robotic software solutions, the work you do will ensure the well-being of our client's customers around the world.

Salary: $109,000 - $164,900

Must-Haves:
Automation Industry Experience
Understanding and experience of Cost Drivers (i.e. material and labour to predict cost price)
How would you build an estimating function, including your approach to Setting Cost Prices for our type of business (i.e. market analysis, cost models, etc.)
Experience relevant to build, integrating and install of first of a kind automation solutions
3+ years of Management Experience


Qualifications
-US Citizen or Green Card Holder
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field and/or relevant years of experience in similar engineering/technical/sales roles.
-A minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.
-Proficient in the use of SolidWorks and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
-Ability to understand and articulate the business capabilities to new business prospects
-Strong planning, cost estimating, written, verbal, and organizational skills
-Ability to follow through and consistently deliver on commitments
-Experience working within a technical engineering-driven and project-based matrix organization
-Experience in custom automation or other capital equipment is highly desirable
-Ability to travel ~15% of the time. Some international travel may be required.
