Must-Haves:
-High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience
-1-2 years of formal technical training
-What type of electrical distribution equipment and control equipment have you worked on?
-Ability to lift heavy objects (typically less than than 50 lbs)
-Ability to work overtime and weekends, potentially travel as needed
-6+ years' experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical switchgear, this includes both low-voltage and medium-voltage power distribution gear
-Understanding of protection relays and meters
-Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with mechanical background, reading and understanding schematics
-Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
