There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV.
** $10K - $15K Sign-On Bonus, Full Relocation**

Main Requirements
 Must have an active RN Texas License, or active multi-state compact RN license, clear of
stipulations or disciplinary actions. If you would like to submit a candidate that does have board
actions, the candidate must disclose this with the Recruiter during the Recruiter’s phone interview
 Must have BSN
 Must have recent 1-2 years med/surg experience
 Passionate about working with cardiac population

 Strong Medical/Surgical background, Cardiac/CV experience, preferred but not required
 2+ years of Med/Surg experience
 Good tenure in previous roles
 Strong desire to work with cardiovascular/surgical patients

Cardiat Telemetry
42 bed, fast-paced, medical/surgical inpatient nursing unit specializing in the care of cardiac patients.
Our patients are on telemetry cardiac monitoring. We commonly care for patients with congestive heart
failure, cardiac arrhythmias, NSTEMI, hypertensive crisis, post-Cath/PCI, post-CABG, post-vascular
surgery, and other heart and vascular diagnoses. We utilize Heparin, Lasix, and Amiodarone
infusions. Chest tubes, drains and wound vacs are common. Our staff is BLS certified, with ACLS
preferred. Decisions are made using a unit-based shared governance council in accordance with Magnet
principles. Staff have a voice in their work environment and how care is provided. The nurse-to-patient
ratio ranges from 1:5, with a vast amount of support resources.

advanced diagnostic screenings, catheterization labs, three interventional radiology suites,
electrophysiology labs and minimally invasive surgical suites. Our team of affiliated specialists treats
close to 11,000 patients annually, providing the full spectrum of heart care - from medical therapy to
minimally invasive heart surgery.

Sign-On Bonus $10K - $15K
 $10K for RN II: 1-3 years RN experience. 
 $15K for 3+ years (RN III: 3-10 years RN experience and RN IV: 10+ years RN experience).
 Distributed in 3 payments:
 1st payment - 20% of amount approved for specific job; first paycheck
 2nd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; first pay period of the month following
employee’s one-year anniversary in the role.
 3rd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; First pay period of the month following
employee’s two-year anniversary in the role.
